Questions Frequently asked of Chris Ferguson while playing on FullTiltPoker.com.
Question 1: Is that really you?
Yes. The pros are the only people allowed to play with their own specific avatars.
Question 2: How often do you play on FullTiltPoker.com?
Our poker stars play a minimum of 10 hours a week on the site, and play more when schedules permit.
Question 3: Do you own this site?
Our poker stars designed the Full Tilt Poker software. We do not run or own FullTiltPoker.com. We do however represent the site and put our reputations behind the software we designed and the integrity of the site.
Question 4: When is your next appearance on the tournament circuit?
I play every day during the World Series of Poker from May to July. Very rarely do I ever play any other tournaments.
Question 5: Do you ever play live?
I only play live at FullTiltPoker. I much prefer the thrill of tournament play to live action, and since there are so many tournaments out there, I can play all the poker I want without ever playing live in a brick and mortar casino.
Question 6: How do you do that trick where you know the last card in the deck?
Please see the Fun & Games page on my website.
Question 7: When is the next software update coming out?
We are continually updating the software with new features as well as minor improvements to our current features. We have a new update just about every week.
Question 8: Who do you fear the most?
I fear myself. To clarify, I mean that I’m scared that I’ll beat myself by making a bad play and I work very hard to avoid that.
Question 9: Who are the best poker players?
Howard Lederer and Phil Ivey are my personal favorites. Even though they have different styles, both have an array of different weapons in their arsenals and can find the right one to use in any particular situation.
Question 10: What's your favorite game?
No-Limit Hold 'em is the most interesting and fun form of poker, but I actually look forward to playing more non-NL tournaments because I don’t play them nearly as often.
Question 11: How long have you been playing poker?
I remember playing for money for the first time when I was still in the fourth grade.
